The Nitty Gritty
This episode was kinda...meh? Not too much strategy happening, just a lot of "getting to know you" of the merged tribe. But here are a few thoughts:
Charity's vote out felt very obvious the entire episode (and the past few). She's been playing a bit rigidly and more commanding than others, which put a bigger target on her back. Get her back to god's country.
Girl. 1 gallon of whole milk a day. That is WILD and how the hell did the producers not only find 1 person, but 2 PEOPLE that drink a gallon of milk a day. Joe and David y'all are marked because I'm going to need you to repent for the amount of dairy y'all consume.
I'm interested to see the dynamic between Joe and Eva moving forward, the edit makes it seem like one of them betrays the other. Maybe not be the cause of their vote out, but definitely part of the larger block that would get one of them out.
This is more for the next episode, but in the preview, Shauhin is seen saying "I'm going to win this game" which makes me nervous. In reality tv as a whole, when players say this, it usually means they go home. I'm not ready for my persian debate daddy to leave yet. Please Survivor editors, go against the norm of reality TV editing!!!
